I got this chair for my great grandmother 4 months ago and the motor is out. Can’t get in contact with the company for it to be replaced. Completely unprofessional on their end! I spent over $400 on this chair so something needs to take place ASAP!!!

I really wanted to like this chair, but it felt kind of flimsy when we put it together and I didn’t want to spend another hundred dollars shipping it back so we kept it. ( I didn’t realize it first, but we spent $100 to ship it here and it’s only for my dad when he comes to visit) Major flaw is the wire connected to the remote that lifts the chair up and down is so short that it’s constantly getting stuck under the chair. So the wire got squished when my dad came over to use it and now it doesn’t work at all. Buyer beware!

This chair worked fine until about 5 months of use when on one Saturday morning we smelled something getting hot, then the chair had completely died, AND THEN IT STARTED TO SMOKE. Thankfully we were home when it decided to die, what if we weren’t home? Our house would’ve burned down with our two precious little dogs inside of it. If we had the time and recourses we would sue this company however we do not. DO NOT BUY THIS FIRE HAZARD OF A CHAIR!!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!!
