Works awesome!
The media could not be loaded. I was pleasantly surprised at the size flame it made! I am going to use it for a film shoot. I bought ceramic fire wood for it and it looks great!

All parts contained for simple install
It is a complete kit to replace old pan and bummer. Very easy install and is really provides a consistent flame across the back and front burners.

Very nice burner for the price
This burner includes everything you need: an angle pipe-to-flare connector, a straight pipe-to-flare connector, flex line with flare connections on both ends, and basic but adequate rock wool. The flex pipe can be connected to either end of the burner. In my use the fireplace will only be used occasionally and I expect that the burner will last years. In a colder climate, or if you burn your fireplace every night during the cold season, I'd go for a heavier-gauge burner. In my review of the Skyflame birch logs you can see the final effect. It looks realistic, especially through glass fireplace doors.

Great value
Great product that is well made and comes complete to do the job. The ports are close enough to make for realistic “wood look” fire. Took about 8 minutes to install and works great.

Everything you need is included
So pleased with this purchase! We had a plumber convert our fireplace to natural gas logs. We bought the logs and this burner pan. Our plumber said everything was included and a breeze to install.Came quickly and well packaged.

Connector whistled gas turned on.
The burn pan and accessories were satisfactory. Only issue was the gas connector whistled when installed. I had to replace it with a whisper flex connector. Only gave 3 stars due to that.

After going to the store and getting a few conversion pieces this installed easily, far exceeds the outdated burner in my gas fireplace. Great value compared to other brands works great and looks great with the new logs I bought to go with it.
