I was uncertain of this product not being able to handle it and see it in person but took a chance which I was very happy to have. It is what I expected to need and even more.I very much like this version more than the previous smartphone holder/protector I had in the past. To be able to clip it on the belt is on feature that I've missed from the past. Better than slipping it in and out of my pocket. Clip is snug and well built and can be positioned in different angles.One feature is the plastic cover over the phone face. I use to buy the films that had to be installed with wet solution and squeegee the water out. Problem not performing it right leaves bubbles on the surface. The plastic film is thick enough to protect but still have the touch to perform all the operations of the phone app's and programs.I like the light feel of the outer case of the smartphone casing that assures me my phone is protected. The last case was too thick and heavy.Also the protection flaps for the different plugs. For the earphone, power/data plug assure me of protection from water entering into those ports. But not interfering with hearing the speaker of the phone.I recommend this case to anyone with no fault against it.I will consider this case again if I will need it again.

This is our 3rd or 4th purchase. My husband is rough on things and has broken several phone cases. This product is great and just as sturdy as the more expensive name brands. Very pleased with this product

I recently bought this case for a second time after my first case served a long tour of duty (2 years) and I must say for the money this case is definitely worth it. As other reviews have stated my case also eventually cracked which lead to the rear glass on my s8 to crack, however it doesnt bother me too much because I keep the case on and the case did protect the most important part of the phone (the display) and at the price point the amount of protection and durability is insane. After two years of ownership the case has shown wear and tear. The charger slot cover wears out over time and won't close after a while, the adhesive holding the plastic cover for the screen gets weak but the way the case goes on it doesnt hinder functionality and will re-adhere eventually. The plastic screen shows signs of heavy scratching but that is to be expected after two years. My phone screen remained scrtachless. There is an issue of "fuzziness" spots when the case is brand new but after a little breaking in it'll go away. The camera lens is exposed but the case keeps it recessed which protects it from damage however it does seem to get dirty easily. All and all I would pick this case over an overpriced lifeproof which lasted me a little over 3 months before it was in poor condition. It is sleek like an otterbox box commuter series but provides far superior protection.

I received an new Samsung Galaxy S8 as an birthday present and on opening the box was stunned by how much it favored a block of glass! Had to get a case . After about 4 days of researching , reading tech blogs , talking to S8 owners and Youtube vids I choose the SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Shield Series case. A 2 2section case with built in screen shield protector.The Case- a rugged polycarbonate back with a surrounding border of a rubberized material it deftly bounces when drops! On the screen side of the case that border is higher on the top and bottom to prevent the screen from having direct hard contact if the phone is dropped and lands facedown.On the bottom are small flexible molded port covers for the headphones and the USB charger. Getting them open is a bit difficult ,but the snug fit means less dirt and chance of damage. There are cutouts for the phone's speaker and microphone -both allow full audio for the user. The buttons on both sides of the phone are covered and respond as if there were no case at all. Each corner its thicker and bulkier to protect the device from hard impacts. The rear has a opening allowing access to camera , flash and fingerprint scanner with no problem while shielding them from direct impactsThe Screen Protector- the plastic screen protector is built into the frame that makes up the front of the case. at the top there are small holes for the speaker and the 3 lights that comprise the notification system,. Not sure why the lights needed to have cutouts , coving them would've given the case a tighter seal. Anyway Not sure entirely what comprises the material of the screen protector but it is fairly rugged, seems pretty resistant to abrasions and scratches-how it handles real impacts I'm not sure. Once the two parts of the cases are joined the screen protector becomes taut across the phone's screen giving you great tactile contact for touchscreen operations. the front half of the case locks securely into edges of the rear half. It's not coming off without something to ply up an edge. Not watertight but definitely resistant to light casual spills. only negative is is the screen protector loves fingerprints! other an great product (so far). The case doesn't impede phone operations in anyway.The size of the case is considerable , and the accompanying holster gives you the appearance of having an tablet on your hip! The holster is a rigid plastic with a thumb triggered locking tab. It securely holds your phone and the rotating clip on the back locks pretty well onto your belt. I rarely use it preferring to carry it in my pocket, with no projections to snag on it getting it out quickly isn't a issue. Texture of the case allows for a solid grip when in use and is easy to clean. When this one wears out I'll buy another, good case.

It's honestly one of the best cases I've ever had for ANY of my phones I've owned in the past. I bought my case all the way back in May 2019 (as Amazon tells me) and I'm ordering another one nearly 2 years later (April 2021) to replace the one I have only because after lasting THIS long, the screen protector FINALLY lost it's seal and pops out of the edges of the case so it's not really air tight any more.But the fact that this thing has protected my phone for this long is a miracle. I've dropped it several times over the years and my front screen is practically pristine. The back of my phone is a little worse for ware but I don't blame this case, I had broken my phone's back plate before purchasing this (hence the original purchase) and the case has done a good job since so I'm buying it again! 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely a great case..Still using the original screen saver it came with...charging cover and ear phone jack covers are still intact with daily use..Drop tested many times now and holding up great..I am very happy with this case and I put it through alot of abuse..
