I've tried loads of different lip balms over the years, and nothing comes close to the relief and healing I get from Burt's Bees. Whatever combination of oils and waxes they use just feels right.It is on the thicker side of the spectrum, but it's not cloying or too heavy. The peppermint flavor is slightly medicinal, but in a good way, and isn't noticeable after just a few minutes. Most other flavors and up being too powerful and unpleasant after a while. As far as I'm concerned, there's no reason to get anything else.

My husband loves this product! I think the vanilla version of it is pretty good, but I can live with or without this lip balm. I purchased this for my husband specifically. He likes it better than the competitor. One thing I will say Is that sitting in a hot car in the summer, this product doesn’t melt as easily as its competitor. That’s a plus for sure. I’m giving it five stars because my husband loves it. This is a win for him!

This is a fantastic gift idea for fall birthdays, Saint Nicholas day in early December, or were an early Christmas present! I Purchased two of these to give to my children at the end of October for their birthday. We haven't opened the box yet, but Berts bees products are always wonderful. Looking forward to watching my children enjoy each Chapstick sent! They are both away at separate colleges where it is higher elevation and getting very cold and dry, Chapstick is the perfect gift!

This Burts Bees lipbalm is very effective at preventing chapped lips, even though it may need to be applied several times a day in dry weather. Everybody in our family likes this soft mint-flavored natural-ingrediant lipbalm. It contains no mineral oil or petrolatum. For years now we have bought it regularly and carried it with us everywhere.

It has been years since I tried one of these and when I got these, I realized why I stopped using them. Everything is great about them but if you have too much of the lip balm out of the tube, it may break off when trying to use it. This means I need to keep it almost all inside the tube with just a sliver of it outside the tube in order to use it. And that means I'm feeling plastic every time I use it. I'll wait to use these up and then it's time to search for another brand.

I have been using Burt’s Bees lip balm for actual decades now and it’s great. It does have a little minty tingle when first applied that I personally like and it glides on easy. It’s not sticky or drying like some other products, just a nice basic everyday lip balm. I’ve tried other lip balms over the years but always come back to the OG Burt’s Bees. It’s also super affordable so I always buy the multipacks so I can have one in my bag and a couple stashed around the house.
