Great price, easy install, great choice
Like everyone else said, hardest part was removing the old exhaust fan. The proper way for mine would have been to crawl in the attic and unscrew everything, but a little vending here and some brute strength and I was able to avoid getting in the attic. Installation was a breeze, I doubt face separate switches for the light and fan so I connected those 2 wires to the my houses white wire., then black to black and ground to ground. I really like that it can be screwed into the ceiling drywall and didn't have to try to attach it to a beam in the attic, made it so much easier. The light is very bright, which I like bc I shave in the shower. Compared to my old fan, this is whisper quiet. Very happy with this purchase, we will see how it hold up.

Installation was simple. The light itself is nice and bright, and the fan is very quiet.

Good fan for the price
Overall, this is a good fan. Not sure if it’s as quiet as advertised but it’s definitely not loud. The light is bright and a nice feature but a little difficult to adjust and get it to stay at the setting you want. It’s rated for 105 CFM and overall it does a decent job but I don’t think any of these fans really live up to their ratings. My bathroom calls for a fan rated at 50 CFM. I had a fan rated at 70 CFM in this bathroom. The 70 CFM fan didn’t cut it so that’s why I ordered this one and it does make a difference. As for the installation, while they do tell you that a junction box and mounting bracket are not included, this is buried in the middle of the description. You definitely should use a junction box so this is up to code, and as such the length of wire coming out of a fan is not long enough to connect it to a junction box and nail into a stud. As for not having a mounting bracket, I would recommend either putting strips of wood in place on the attic side of the drywall so that you can screw the fan into the wood. If the fan had a little bit of a larger lip overhanging the drywall you could use plastic anchors, but because the lip is very narrow, the plastic anchors will pull out of the drywall. Bottom line, I would recommend and definitely purchase again just beware of the recommendations regarding the mounting bracket and the junction box.

NOT Quiet, but it is bright
1.0 Sones is supposed to be 28 dB and I was measuring 53 dB at a distance of 5 feet. With the fan off, my sound meter doesn't register any noise (min 30 dB) so all that noise is coming from the fan.The installation was a pain, the flange isn't very wide.The light is very bright (which is something that I required) and I like how you can change the color tempature

Good works great, still not as quiet as I thought but, then I was in a hurry to get one.
It works good, though it is just as loud as my last one, but I didn't know. Next time I'm going to take my time.
