Perfect bag, high quality leather!

After searching local shopping centres for the bag I needed for everyday use not to mention doubling up as hand luggage on short haul trips I turned to Amazon in desperation. I knew there was the bag out there somewhere! This bag meets my requirements in that it is the correct size, stylish, not too fussy and is of a good quality leather at a very reasonable cost. Overall the design is good but I do think that the slots for credit cards and pens is really not necessary. The width and depth is perfect and on a daily basis I can fit in all I need for a busy day at the office including my lunch! Testing it further I used it on a recent holiday and it neatly took all the travel documentation along with a kindle, camera, ipod etc without bulging at the seams. I like the studs on the bottom which elevate it from less than clean surfaces and it stowed neatly under the seat in front of me on the aircraft.For me this purchase is perfect.

I spent two days trying to find the right handbag because I wanted good quality and a good size. I was so pleased with my choice as this is such a lovely bag. I use it for my work bag. It's roomy inside with two big compartments and a few very useful pockets. There is plenty of room for your makeup bag, umbrella, hair brush etc. I could smell the quality of the leather through the protective fabric bag it comes in and instantly loved the rich dark brown colour, It is a great bag for an excellent price. I am really pleased with my purchase and the very quick delivery was brilliant.Thank you very much.

The bag was used for al my granddaughter school books iPad phone and lots more, very roomy, easy to put over your shoulder, very functional and value for money

Everything about this bag screams quality - I'm delighted with it. Comes in its own cloth protective bag which straightaway hints that you've bought something a bit special. Leather is a gorgeous chestnut colour and zips are well made, open and close smoothly and feel sturdy. Cat tag is a lovely addition that you can attach or remove as you like, made from quality heavy brass. Bag is very roomy without being OTT. It will be ideal for work to carry notepads, lunch etc. Handles are just the right length for carrying the bag comfortably on your shoulder and it sits nicely, not bulky like some bags can be. Studs on base are great for protecting from scuffs, although this is the kind of bag that, like a much loved old leather sofa, will just look better with age. I'm looking forward to enjoying this bag for years to come!

First I'll give the plus comments. The bag looks expensive and the leather is glossy. The zips are still stiff but I've only used it twice so far so I need to give them time to loosen up.First the plus points of having bought this bag. It looks expensive and the leather is rich and glossy. However, the handles aren't long enough to sit comfortably on my shoulder and there isn't a clip on extra shoulder handle as there often is with bags of this type. The bag charm fell off on the first outing but it looked pretty while it lasted. Although there appear to be lots of pockets and places to store items securely, they tend not to be the right size. For example a pocket which looks as if it would store my iPhone [6] so not a large mobile device, isn't actually large enough to fit the phone. The key clip which seems a great idea so that those pesky front door and car keys aren't forever being sought at the bottom of the bag, is actually quite difficult to reach so I've left the keys where they normally reside - at the bottom of the bag.Overall, perhaps this bag is a statement of style over substance. It cost £20 more than a lovely tan tote bag I bought through Amazon[manufacturer's name on request so I don't look as if I'm promoting a rival] which has all the above named features in the right proportions. I wanted to buy it in black but sadly although lots of other colours were available, black was not one of them.

It’s a very stylish bag and fits an iPad 11inch and 2 A5 books. Make up and umbrella bag. You would struggle to close the zip if you were to fit anything else.Unfortunately the quality is very poor. The zips get stuck a lot. The zip handles have already fallen off. The pocket inside, the zips is absolutely impossible to open them, without putting the bag down and applying some force or some serious manipulation. Additionally if you put more than bag, the handles are so hard that it does hurt your shoulder if you were carry the bag on a shoulder for a while. I had to walk once for 45mins carrying the bag and it hurt my shoulder, had to alternate between carrying the bag in my hand and shoulder.I do feel that this is too expensive for this poor quality of zips.I’m not sure whether I received a bad make one or what it is. To put in context I received the bag in the 2nd of Feb. Only used it 10 times for work and zips are broken.Thank goodness the bag is still in date with return, I’m going to retune.
