Excellent product - works for me. I’ve tried many products over the years but I can honestly say this suits me. I find the taste quite pleasant.

comforting
I find these really comforting during times of stress, they taste nice and are in a easy to open tin

Useful for traveling
I have bought these little pastels for many years. Sadly the price has gone through the roof. I still buy them occasionally for traveling because they are calming and not too sweet, so they do the job well, but lose a star for the cost.

Effective but Hard to Chew
I recently tried the Rescue Remedy Pastilles, and while they have a pleasant taste, I found them quite hard and difficult to chew. The texture could be a bit off-putting, especially if you're looking for something quick and easy to take. However, the flavor itself is okay and not overly sweet, which is nice. If you can manage the firmness, they might still be helpful in moments of stress. Overall, not the most comfortable pastilles to chew, but effective for what they aim to do.

Tastes nice, don't take too many.
Seem to help me sleep OK, which is a blessing.Ignore the nincompoops who say the tin can't be opened/closed. Opening is easy, just press down on the lid, there is a bit of a knack to closing the tin, but anyone with more than a couple of brain cells should be able to work it out.I think the tin is a genius feat of engineering.
