Lightweight, easy to follow instructions. We got lucky, it fit snuggly into the firebox of our woodburning fireplace after putting the legs on. The cord shows a little but we don't care. Warmth and and it's pretty! at a great price.

It looks great. It really does. It puts out a decent amount of heat, not a ton, but enough for the small space.Tenants love it, but they're confused by the remote and the controls.

The media could not be loaded.  I almost put four stars because the first one sent, the glass was broken BUT the seller was very responsive and got me out a new unit immediately. I don’t think that should reflect on the seller, as it could’ve been the shipper’s fault. So far, so good. Just got it and no issues. It came with a super cute log insert and crystals but I decided to go with ceramic balls instead. I’ll post to my ig which balls I used, Itsjoitomyworld. According to my contractor, the dimensions were a bit off from the description, so I recommend ordering first before starting your build out. Also, it will not power on unless it’s sitting upright. We thought it was broken at first but it’s a safety trigger obviously.

This product is exactly what I anticipated it to be and more. From the touchscreen functions to the fact that it is truly a “In-Wall” flush mount fireplace is amazing. Other fireplaces similar to this one claim to be able to be mounted recessed in the wall but it is false due the fact that the controls are located on the side of the unit that would be in the wall leaving you unable to access the power panel (take a look at their photos, you’ll see). That bothered me so I researched and found this model which not only comes with the fire log background and the crystal rocks background it has multiple setting and color schemes to accentuate any mood but wait there’s more... you have low and high heat setting to chose from or you can chose your desired temperature from 62 to 82 degrees...set a timer for it to turn off, adjust the brightness of the flame to 5 different brightness intensities. The heat and intake vents are situated on the front panel to allow free flow air without any blockage therefore making it the perfect “In-Wall” fire place for any space but if you don’t want to cut a hole in your wall it has a “flush to the wall” brackets that you SCREW INTO THE STUDS OF YOUR WALL (can’t stress that enough)and it’s just as good looking. Trust me it’s worth it and it’s LESS EXPENSIVE by almost $100 than the other brands that don’t have the same functions or the in the wall recessed mounting option.

looks just as described. The touch screen can be unresponsive at times. Remote should come with batteries for the price we are paying for this. I had it installed into a built in TV wall. Looks amazing. Like the fact that you get to change colors. I am glad I went with the logs option.
