Truck Exhaust Kits2.5" Aluminized Single Exhaust Kit with Flowmaster 40 Series Muffler Fits Cherokee XJ 4.0L 84-01

Put this on my 1995 jeep cherokee 2d. Fit perfect! You can get away with putting this kit on without welding. Although my exhaust mounts were totally rusted out and being able to weld new mounts together was necessary for my application. The exhaust has a great sound and the kit comes with all the parts and hardware needed.

Quality parts and pipes. Nice sound. It fit my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I had to trim one pipe about 6”, but it was easy and it still worked out perfect and sounds great.

I ended up welding this on as CO hoodlums have a tendency to steal stuff.. anyways...sounds awesome! And for this saying it was a pain, any exhaust can be a pain to install..especially this one since the rear axle is in the way but for what arrived in my package the bend was right on point. Little twisting and turning and it installed snug.

There were a LOT of modifications I had to make to get this to work on my '97 XJ. Sounds great, though. But not worth it for the effort I had to put into it. Everything was just the wrong shape.

This cat back exhaust sounds really good but it is NOT a direct fit . You have to cut a good bit off of the tail pipe and you have to cut at least 6 inches off where the muffler connects and you definitely need better clamps . The ones you get with this kit are garbage and break very easily. It's an OK product would I recommend? Kinda . Just not worth the hassle and not worth the price if you have to cut and modify it

Not liking the bend at the joint where 2 over the axle pipes come together. Just understand there will need some tweaking
