I make hand chopped pesto - the old fashioned way. This is comfortable and sharp and cuts the basil and nuts easily. Using this is much nicer than a regular large kitchen knife.Not hard to care for - just be nice to it, some submerge in water, wash by hand and then dry. Easy.

A must have if you use fresh herbs

This is a very sharp cutter, love how it just cuts right throw the thickest of Pizzas. I've always used something like this and I'm glad I purchased a new one. Highly recommend this for Za!

I don’t know why I did not have this tool in my kitchen in the first place! I bought two sizes because I love it so much.

I have so much kitchen junk I was reluctant to get another thing, no matter how useful it seemed. When it arrived today I used it to chop up Kale for a recipe I invented and chopping was never so easy. I have a Wustoff chef's knife and it just isn't as fast as I'd like. The halfmoon knife gets chopping in both directions in a way the chef's knife can't. Then I made little personal pizzas and the halfmoon knife made it possible to make cute little 8 slice personal pizzas so cleanly I couldn't believe it. If you know someone who is really into cooking and they don't have this tool, they will probably love it. Especially if time matters!

Greetings...I purchased this and started using it yesterday. This is an amazing product. It was super easy to use and I did not worry about cutting myself. The blade is nice and sharp. The handles are super comfortable and I chopped my onion in record time like a pro. I highly recommend buying this. It is nicely made...made in Italy right on it. I only buy USA and Italian products...this is amazing.

My new favorite gadget. Makes quick work and a nice mince of everything from carrots to soft leafy herbs.

i have seen Nigella Lawson the UK cook use one of these, so i decided to give it a go and man it makes chopping herbs and garlic up much easier and it is very sharp and works very well. wont regret it and the price is great too.

I like it, the only thing is that it will be good if it comes with rubber for the edges
