Bought this little water fountain for my daughter’s bird bath, and let me tell you—my backyard is now the hotspot for feathery freeloaders. I basically opened a tiny avian resort, and business is booming.The birds show up like they have reservations. The fountain makes this gentle bubbling sound, which is peaceful and serene, and was easy to install!Now the bird bath isn’t just a sad puddle with leaf soup—it’s a bubbling beacon of hydration and gossip for every bird within a three-mile radius.

This is junk. Over heated right away. I thought if I cleaned it EVERY DAY it would keep working being able to cool down a bit. But that didn't help. Had it for less than a month and it's dead. JUNK! I would love my money back but I don't havey original box. Save your money.

The media could not be loaded. The Saillong pump with faux granite rock makes a beautiful addition to my granite bird bath. The plastic "rock" actually looks great with my bird bath and the birds love it. The splashing of the water drew the birds in immediately. In my video you can see how it's running and this is on the low flow setting with the low flow nozzle. When I set it higher, I felt it splashed too much for that setting.I marked it down to 3 stars for "longevity", simply because the pump clogs up fairly easily from detritus from the birds. Back-flushing the pump cleans it out fairly well, however over the past few months that we've had it, the flow has been reduced somewhat. I've had to open the flow control to the next notch (a sliding gate-type thing on the side).Another odd thing is the "rock" seems to have filled, between the inner and outer wall, with water. If I shake it a little, I can hear liquid sloshing inside it. But maybe it isn't water and it came that way so it doesn't float? I'm not sure, but it does stay put just fine.Over-all, this is an excellent little pump for the price and was exactly what I wanted.

I bought this last year and it’s not worth the price I paid a yr ago let alone the gouging price of today. It barely lasted a summer and Fall season. It’s very fragile but the hummingbirds enjoyed it while it lasted. Just expect that it needs to be replaced every yr then you won’t be disappointed and happy if it last beyond the tender care I gave it for any more than I did.

I have a large concrete birdbath that I wanted to put a fountain in. I started off with the solar fountains, but they were too little and did not provide enough power. I also didn’t like the look. When I saw this, I was very skeptical. It only had 263 reviews, and said it was a frequently returned item. I expected that I would not like this and I would return it. That was not the case. This product is wonderful! It’s exactly what I needed for my large bird bath. I was afraid that the rock would look cheap and be lightweight. But, it’s heavy and looks like it is part of my actual birdbath. And there are various settings for the height of the fountain. The above picture is on a lower height. This was such a pleasant surprise, I’m so glad that I purchased this.

Well, the fake rock arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased to find out that the pump has automatic over heating protection which means when the water level gets too low the pump shuts off. This is a great feature for me because my water basin is not very deep and it gets very hot in Tucson. Mind you I turn it off at night as I do not want to attract all the neighborhood cats! Since I set that up for the birds. So far so good.

Item arrived broken but usable. It’s packaged in styrofoam so I don’t know how it broke but the “rock” has an outer shell and an inner—the inner has a hole in it with pieces broken off. I was going to return it, but I really wanted to get it set up for the birds. It’s still usable. Next though, the pump outflow doesn’t reach the hole in the rock. It’s too short, so the water pumps under the rock! Be prepared to get a short length of hose to extend the outflow.
