Good for price
These r good for the price. The crown does not come attached to the number balloon so trying to do that is a bit difficult. I just ended up taping it down to the balloon. For the price though, you can’t complain!!

(UPDATE) Smelled horrible
UPDATE 5/16The seller reached out to me based on my below review and offered me a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised since I did not reach out to the seller directly. While I did not have a good experience with this particular product, the seller's customer service is excellent. I would be open to ordering another item from this company. Thank you!This balloon smelled horrible. I tried inflating it with the tiny straw for a minutes but then I noticed my throat felt scratchy and my eyes were burning a little. (Coincidence? I don't know.) Since it was impossible to fold back up, I just wound up throwing it away. :-(
