Very good doorlite, no distortion or warping. A bit expensive, but a high quality part.
This doorlite was used to replace a 50-year-old Pease unit, and I was delighted to find that the screw hole locations matched exactly with the old one, which made it possible to do the entire replacement in situ. The fit was fine, and there was no warping or gapping around the frame when it was complete. The cost ($194 when I ordered in June 2023) was a bit more than I had anticipated: Since the size I required was pretty standard (for 22x64 glass pane) I was expecting to be able to find a suitable replacement for less than $100. I did see other vendors (not on Amazon) advertising similar units for about $140, but went with this one anyway, given their 30-day return policy in case it didn't fit. It does appear to be constructed from robust-but-flexible plastic, and the specialty self-tapping screws needed for re-install were included, including a couple of spares. (And head caps as well too.)Kudos also to DIY Door Store customer service agent Keegan: The item they originally shipped me turned out not to be the item I ordered, due to a snafu in their shipping/inventory, but I contacted DIY customer service by phone (at the number given in their Amazon store page) and keegan was very helpful in immediately (next day) shipping out a correct replacement, and making arrangements (return label, etc.) so that the old (wrong) one could just be handed right to the UPS guy when he showed up with the replacement. So all I had to do was re-tape the box closed, slap on the return label and wait for the UPS guy.A+ for customer service and excellent communication via email and phone.

Well made and exact fit
Came with new screws and caps. Very white compared to my old parts. Have to chalk the outside portion of the entire assembly which BTW was the only thing that made re-installing difficult. The instructions say to put chalk on the trim before putting the trim on the glass . Once it lines up it fit perfectly. Takes two people because you want to be careful not to drop the glass. When the chalk dries, I will scrape the excess off and clean the glass.

Easy peasy
Was able to replace super easy. Be careful glass is heavy when removing and installing.. plug tricky to put into place was probably the hardest part.

Great fit and holding up well to the weather so far.

Poor quality. Did not Work. Ended up Buying a Brand New Door Instead.
Very poor quality. Very cheap looking and feel. Not adequate to actually securely hold the glass in place. The only way it would be kind of secure is if you screwed the screws in too tight but then it would just crack the glass. Do not buy!

Perfect replacement part
Easy replacement of the original cracked and warped 20 year old window frame. Be sure to support the window on saw horses (or a flat surface) when loosening the screws. Product appears to be a perfect fit. If I hadn't chosen to sand and repaint my entry door while it was off the house, the new frame installation portion would have taken roughly 10 minutes

Make Gravity Work for you!
Love it. Worked like a charm. The only thing that made it slightly annoying was the lack of any instructions. So if you replace this yourself like I did follow my instructions for an easier install. I cleaned my old glass first and tried to remove any adhesive or dirt from the door in the windows vicinity. I placed the plastic frame on both sides of the door. Then it was easiest, I found, to screw in the three bottom screws as well as one screw on the bottom-left side. You should be screwing from inside the door. Then I got a step ladder and carefully fit the glass in between the two pieces of plastic from the right side, making sure it was lined up well. Then it was all pie as the frame was holding the heavy double pane glass for me while I put in the remaining screws and tightened the ones I originally placed in the frame. Then I popped in the tiny plastic pieces that cover the screw heads. Voila! ✌️
