The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to have on hand for birthday parties for my grandkids. I can't say how it would hold up in a commercial setting but for us and how we use it, it's wonderful.If you have birthday parties, as we do, this will be great during colder weather, this gives you a way to cook a lot of hot dogs (or taquitos, or just about anything else that will roll) that are hot and tasty, and the kids LOVE watching it work.Works quite well, easy to clean. Makes getting hot dogs, sausages ready for a party a snap. Consistently cooks evenly with convenience of being able to control side to side temperatures.You do have to keep an eye on it. It does get hot. It has been worth every penny. No more soggy gray hot dogs! Recommended

It is a good deal for the money. However anything worth buying and having to put it together is worth better assembly instructions. We zoomed in on the actual pictures on-line to figure it out. (No pictures or video to assemble glass cover on-line). Cooking instructions only. Duh! However; For a patio party we can grill burgers and chicken while saving space by cooking hotdogs and brats on the hotdog machine.

Ordered 3 for our concessions stand. The first one did not come with the lid as specified & was also dented on the base and sides,so we returned it. Everything else came packed in mini crates, packed well. Directions were slim as far as specific glass assembly, recommended cooking temperatures & cleaning instructions, so I used photos & reviews to figure it out. Warmers are used weekly and are an excellent addition! Also, had great customer service as far as response time and personal emails inquiring what would be more helpful in instructions.

I use this once a month since we purchased not even as some months it wasn’t used. Went to use it today and nothing just dead, no reason, no warning. Just dead.It didn’t even last a year

The hot dog roller is a very nice unit that I bought for gatherings with friends at our lake cabin. It came in two separate boxes and the glass cover was packaged very well so that it would not break i nshipment. The instructions were not very detailed on how to assemble the glass top but using the pictures on Amazon I easily figured out how to assemble it, plus it even came with a couple extra bolts and nuts. To help others I have included a few closeup pictures for reference. The unit heated up to 150° C in about 6 minutes and to 250° C in 12 minutes. The rollers will hold 18 normal sized hot dogs and it took 12 minutes to cook my dogs with the temperature set at 250° C. The removable pan underneath the rollers made cleanup of the drippings very easy. After the rollers cooled down I just wiped them off while they were turning with the temperature turned down. Overall, this hot dog roller will be a novelty at our gatherings and will make some delicious hot dogs for our guests.

Me and a friend went in and bought this for lunches at work. Probably gets used once a week. Makes cheap hot dogs good, makes brats fantastic. I bet weve made 500 dogs on this already. Makes lunch time great again.
