This product is really nice. I like the thickness it is easy to lay down. But because of the thickness the staples are hard to push through, but you just need a little effort. it blocks, the weeds really well I’m impressed. I was covering a very weedy area.

This is very heavy week blocker that drains exceptionally well. It was very easy to install compared with other weedblockers due to it's substantial nature.I highly recommend this if you want a long lasting quality weedblock for your garden.

It allows drainage and is way better than that fibrous cheap stuff. This is something you would find on the ground at a professional nursery. Note, eventually stuff will grow through this if there is not alot of foot traffic, it is meant to be laid down and covered with some sort of rock, or bark, etc.. Also, this is an amazing price

These were easy enough to work with. Could use scissors or box knife to cut unlike other are saying. Too soon to tell with the weed growing power, but seems sturdy enough so far

We used under geo grid in a horse paddock. Worked well and much better pricing for better quality than we could find locally.

I have bought this same type of weed fabric for covering beds in my market garden, so I'm very familiar with the material. I needed some to put under rocks in my kids play area, so I was going to buy my trusty Dewitt brand woven fabric, but since I'm covering such a big area and it won't be exposed to the sun or frequently removed, I thought I would try this cheaper brand to save a little money. It was the same weight per gram, so I thought it would be comparable quality. It most certainly is NOT. Immediately upon opening the box, I knew it was lesser quality and should have returned it. The weave isn't as tight and the fabric feels thinner. I'm not sure how it has the same weight or if that's a lie. My dog was "helping" me put it out on my prepared area and her nails were poking holes just from walking on it. She's not very heavy and her nails are short. It already had a few holes from manufacturing too. This stuff wont last so I fully expect to have to replace it in the future. I definitely wouldn't use it in any kind of high traffic area

I live in a rainy place. I was hesitant to buy this because I was afraid it would be impermeable and all the water would run off, killing my plants.In my climate, that was not a problem, even without additional mulch. My water-loving weeping willow grew several feet while surrounded by this stuff. My tomatoes stopped getting blossoming rot and are producing lots of tomatoes.This fabric is way more durable and easier to work with than the stuff sold in big box stores.If you are growing ornamentals, plan to put a decorative mulch over the fabric. If you live in a desert, you probably want to put in drip irrigation under the fabric and cover the fabric with moisture-retaining mulch (wood, straw, etc.)I used this with melons, squash, tomato, weeping willow, hazelnut, and crape myrtle.

We’ve used the same landscape fabric for many years - the kind you buy as Home Depot, etc……….and weeds have always found their way thru. However, not this stuff. We decided to try Amazon for our most recent project and purchased this brand. Completed the landscape in May and didn’t have to remove any weeds but one all summer. Any further landscape projects (hopefully not :) we’ll definitely be using this brand and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Heavy duty material...doesn't look like it will absorb but does

I was concerned out the box that it would be not let water through. It does though slowly. Although remember it’s only 3 feet wide so water can run off between strips even if you over lapped. I would buy again.
