The zipper broke after the second week of school. All she carried in it was a folder and pencil box and that is not a heavy load at all. Threads were hanging from the backpack where sew lines are as well.

We bought this backpack for my daughter before the school year started. It was very cute and seemed durable enough. We had bought her a different stitch backpack that matched her lunch box, but it wasn’t here in enough time. We did end up returning this one once her original backpack came, but it wasn’t defective and seemed like a standard kids backpack.
