Absolutely love these pendant lights.

These lights are very easy to install, there was plenty of cord in fact I had to cut almost a foot or more off the only problem with that is the exterior cord will start fraying had to use a little tape to stop that. Once installed they looked great love to brass look.

I first bought this small pendant in the brass and bronze finish. It was beautiful, but I exchanged it for the stainless steel model because I didn’t want to introduce another metal to my kitchen. The stainless model is just as pretty, and is the perfect size for over my kitchen sink. There is a lot of cord, so you have a lot of flexibility

That is correct. The cheap wire clips will not support the lamp assembly during installation. Substitute quality wire nuts.The cord twist/kink issue that so many have complained about did not affect me. We shorten the cord to about 12" for above the sink installation so the kinks were not a real issue - present but not too bad. .Mounting the globe is a counterintuitive procedure. Those really cool brass knurled screws on the black collar do NOT support the glass globe as you may justifiably think. No, that collar with brass screws fits above the glass globe - purely decorative. The glass globe is supported by a large nut. It was easy to installed

Cord was very long so you can use in a home with high ceilings, easy to install and looks amazing. Glass is fragile and thin but I had no problem.

The media could not be loaded.  Let me preface this - I do not claim what happened to me will happen to you. All I can tell you is what I had experienced.I ordered three of these items. They installed fine, and work great. The next day after installation, the glass housing on one of them cracked and began to shatter near the base of the housing - where you screw in the glass. Small pieces of glass began to fall onto my kitchen island, where my kids eat. So I removed the housing immediately after noticing, and cleaned up the pieces of glass.I then contacted customer service at Pathson. They apologized, and agreed to send a replacement glass housing. Almost a month later, I received the replacement glass. And to my dismay, it came in many glass pieces (refer to the video attached).I then immediately contacted Pathson to let them know what happened. They apologized again, and arranged for yet another replacement. A replacement to replace the replacement!That was on August 9. It is now August 26, and I am still waiting for the replacement replacement. You would think with this much inconvenience, they would send it out overnight, or at the very least, 2 day shipping. Nope! Let's wait another month, how bout that?!If there were no inconvenience, I would have given this product a five star rating. But customer service is included in that product. So customer service gets the poor rating here, along with the initial shattering of the first piece of glass housing.I will not tell you to not buy this product. But if you do, be prepared for the worst, and hope for the best.
