Not paper thin, actually just about right
Some have said these are paper thin. Well, if you ever bought the rubberized version, they may seem that way, but they are actually about as thick as (I’d estimate) a graham cracker. Which for my 20” freshly planted Norways is just what I wanted. I didn’t want mulch paper thin (wouldn’t hold up in wind), but also did want rubberized due to $, and was concerned water wouldn’t get through enough if the surrounding pad was too thick. These lay down well, were the right price, and the proper thickness to keep the water flowing down, be wind-resistant, and keep weeds from popping up.Time will tell of course, be initial impression is good.Gonna go 4 stars in appearance though as I wish there was a choice for black.

Worked well
These worked well for my purposes (to keep our cat from eating the dirt out of my plants). Easy to cut to whatever shape you need and stays in place. Can water right thru it. A bit pricey but does the job.

Great annual chore
I love these for some weed prevention. They lessen my load but for sure don’t stand up to unkillable grass. I do find I have to replace them every spring because they break down over the year. Overall I love that their breathable. My blackberries and raspberries are still able to throw up new shoots each year.

Installed easily and water penetration is good
Seems to have better water penetration than felt and plastic.

Just what I needed
I like it because it keeps the squirrels and birds out.

Paper thin
These will do for a temporary fix, but they are paper thin. Several tore as I was taking the hole out of them. If I do not get something on top of them soon, weeds will push through the perforations in no time. The hole is the size of a half dollar. Perfect for around my shepherds hooks, but nothing bigger.

Kitten finally stopped pooping in plants!
I have a kitten who decided that our indoor plants are his litter box. It was obviously unpleasant. I purchased them and put them in the plants which was a super easy process. At first he started grabbing at them and pulling them out. Then he started pooping on top of them! After about two weeks I guess he's decided to move on, and is now pooping back in the litter box! I definitely think these had something to do with it.

high quality ,nice looking mat to hide the dirt!
I had 3 large oversized planters that needed to have something to hide the unattractive dirt in the pot. It not only makes the pot look nice, but it holds in moisture. So my plants are happier.

Not as Advertised
Paper thin, claims to be 0.28 inches, it is more like 0.15 inches or less. It is see through in some areas in patches. Reeks of glue.
