Secure - Easy to Install - Low Profile
Based on the other customer reviews I went to Lowe's and bought 4 replacement screws before I installed. You will need 5/16" X 2.5" lag screws. Here's a pro tip - do NOT try to use a phillips head screwdriver to install these. You will make yourself very very angry. Use a ratchet wrench and it will be a piece of cake.Once I installed it I was very please. This thing is very secure and very low profile.I used it to hang a Sky Chair in the basement rec room.

Works great with my cable system
Added to a ceiling joist to provide a pull down angle for my cheap SERT Weight Cable Pulley System Gym. Easy install, doing the job just fine. Seems up to the task.
