This takes a while to assemble, but then, Rome wasn't built in a day, and this is "built" in less than two hours. TOTALLY worth it because it's stunning. If you want a masterpiece, be ready to spend, at most, 2 hours to assemble, or you can elect to have that work done for you. Extra parts are included in case something breaks for any reason. The LED light are not included, and there are several types of LED fittings, so be sure to buy the ones specified. We went the extra mile by getting dimmable bulbs, that then required ordering a dimmer switch that works with LED lighting (most ordinary dimmer switches do not). It was spendy to do, but the effects are stunning in a dining room!

I ordered this light for my mother to go into her bathroom during a remodel. She had a 4 x 8' corner of her bathroom that was dark. The initial plan was to add 2 can lights. But after discussing the difficulty of their addition do the the roof slope we opted to add a surface mount fixture. After researching on Amazon for fixtures, I stumbled across this light and thought why not add a little bling on the ceiling. I knew that this type of light would not be Mom's first choice. After sharing with my sisters, and them agreeing it would look nice. I pitched it to mom. She was reluctant, but agreed after I told her if after installation, she did not like it, I would replace. I ordered and received it quickly. The next weekend I installed the other light fixture, and other things. Two of my sisters came over to help with the fixture. It took me about 40 minutes to install the base (extra mollies are needed to support the weight in the corners due to the weight of the glass. My mom, and one sister unwrapped the glass pieces and oriented the hooks. My other sister hung all the glass pieces. It took almost 2 hours with a few short breaks. The result is beautiful. My mom loves it and even my dad remarked how nice it looks. It is also functional. It nicely lights up the previously dark corner. I did replace the 12 supplied lamps (12*25W=300W, wow that's hot) with LED's (12*2.5W=30W, much better). One last note, the fixture came with white cotton gloves to keep the glass pieces clean and a nice thank you from the manufacturer. If your trying to add a little bling without being too gaudy, this is a nice light.

This is a stunning chandelier and I’m giving it 5 stars based upon the looks and price. Be warned, it is tedious to put together and not for the inpatient. There are 218 crystals to hang, half of them have to be unwrapped but they did a great job separately packaging them. Lining up the four screws in the flush mount can be difficult. We ditched the washers after several attempts and all four lines up for us finally. Highly recommend the product but have a partner help you put this together to save time. Took about 3 hours to install and assemble with two people working together.

Leaves much to be desired, in terms of installation and value for time. The package arrived on time. The metal casing had no PTE or any other coating to protect it from finger prints and dust during installation, as written in the description on Amazon. Instead two very small white gloves were provided, which did not do the job.Now to the instructions, who an be summed up in one word. HOPELESS. The sellers expect you to have an engineering degree in Chandelier installation and you’ll have to figure everything by yourself. When a product is designed to just meet the sellers objectives of making money and does not factor in ease of use, empathy towards consumers effort to install and sustain, this is the outcome we get.Quality of the K-9 crystals is good and a few came completely smashed during shipping. But 1-2 additional crystals of each type were included to help me mitigate this risk, which was the only nice thing.The metal base board is extremely flimsy and gives you a cheap feeling. Price must have been a factor fora lot of us in buying this product, but from a consumer to consumer perspective, this is not a long therm product nor is designed to give you value for money and quality.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is beautiful. The mounting instructions were not very clear, but this is very elegant and adds quality to any home. I had this installed with a dimmer switch and the effect is amazing.

This was a very nice chandelier for my kitchen as I needed to brighten up and add warmth to my newly renovated kitchen. The bulbs that came it however was very dim and yellowish making cooking difficult as I needed more light. Once I've replace 5 bulbs with LED lights my kitchen was bright and well light up. The instruction on the other hand was terrible but I manage to hang the little crystals and there were tons of them. Overall this is a very pretty modern chandelier for the price.

This fixture is absolutely stunning! I received this as a gift from my family for Mother's Day for installation in my closet. It is very bright and illuminates the space effectively. Customer service has been fantastic! One of the "crystal" pieces of the chandelier was broken. I emailed the vendor and they responded right away indicating they would send out a replacement part. In addition, with regards to the burning smell that others have noted, I mentioned this to the vendor. They responded with crediting me money to replace the halogen bulbs with LED lights. I think that is outstanding customer service! Highly recommend this piece for any space where a little bling is necessary to liven it up. Customer satisfaction is above par. With all this in mind, you just can't go wrong!

I have owned chandeliers in the past and i can compare this with my other ones. This is modern looking and not so expensive. However it is a bit flimsy and not so well designed. Hanging each of the strands is tedious. If it had simple hooks, then it'd have been easier and quicker to set it up. Taking it off would be easier too but with the current design, I would have to get creative when it's time for cleanup.My electrician also told me that if i keep it switched on straight for a day/night, I risk burning it out. I wont't be surprised if it did.

It's very pretty and gives alot of light!! It was hard to put together in that you need a small hand, larger hands mzkes it difficult to put the crystal into their spot. This does take time, so plan for time in doing this project but well worth it!! We love it!!

Elegant, but not easy to install

The Chandelier looks great once assembled.The challenge is the assembly portion.To put on individual strings on the base was a tough on the fingers. As most of the strings had rings (that you see on the keys) and it was pain on the fingers to open / slide each one on the hooks on the base. There are hundreds of stings.You should allot some time if you want to avoid putting stress on the fingers.But the end result is good.

We have purchased two. Easy to install although it takes couple of hours to assemble! but with 12 LED lights ordered on Amazon as well they are beautiful!!

Just simple wow! Beautiful! Money wise, with every penny.On the description it said bulbs are included but upon the arrival there is no bulbs.
