Holy smokes
Holy smokes, this stuff works. It has worked on any skin concerns I’ve had so far, and pretty quickly too. I keep it in my travel bag for any weird things that come up when away from home. Very handy.

Works fast!!
I had a couple of ingrown hairs. I applied a layer of the salve at bedtime and by the time I woke up the hairs were no longer ingrown. Ppl keep saying it’s a lot of money for such a small tub but it doesn’t take a lot of the salve to get results. I highly recommend this product!!

Definitely stops the itching
I originally bought this product because my 4-year-old had a splinter in his foot. By the time I received it a few days later, the splinter had already been removed the "old fashioned" way with tweezers. But I kept the tin and put it in the First Aid Kit. A few weeks later, I ended up with a large number of bug bites on the back of my left arm and on my right ankle. In the last few years, I seem to have developed an allergy to certain bug bites, as they now seem to swell and itch more than they ever have before in my life. I even suffered an ice burn last summer after having been bit so bad that I put ice on a bite on my leg and when it finally went numb, I fell asleep with the ice on my leg, and the ice burned me. So obviously using ice was not a safe option for me anymore, so when I got my most recent bug bites, I remembered I had some of this in my First Aid Kit. I went ahead and tried it.I will absolutely tell you that it definitely stops itching instantly. My bug bites were itching so bad, I was scratching them until they bled and sometimes I would continue to scratch them with objects like a pencil or a nail file or even a Pumie Stone and no matter how bad I scratched them, they still itched, so I put some of this on it as an experiment, and it really does stop the itching and it really is instantly. My bug bites -- especially the ones on the back of my left arm -- were also really swollen like welts. I don't know if the welts went away because the salve made them stop itching so I stopped scratching them or because it has something in it to quell swelling or because it extracted the bug poison from my skin... all I can tell you is that it made me and my 2-and-a-half-year-old stop itching instantly.I am not sure that it draws or extracts things from the skin like it says. I honestly cannot tell. I do remember on one of my bites there was some clear fluid oozing out after I used it, but I've had that happen before from scratching it too much and the bite opens up and oozes, so I am not sure if it "drew" the bug poison out or if it was oozing because I couldn't stop scratching it before I applied the ointment. What I can tell you about bug bites -- which I THINK are mosquito bites, but I am not sure -- is this: It stops the itching, it reduces the swelling, and it does seem to speed up the overall healing time. Usually, I would have these bites for a week to a week and a half, and after using the ointment, a lot of the bites are all dried up, when usually, they'd still be like welts and very itchy.I also read some of the reviews after buying and using it, and some said to bandage or place a bandaid after you apply the ointment. I did not do that until tonight when a new bug bite appeared on my ankle and was itchy. So I applied the ointment and then a bandaid. That was only a few hours ago, so i am not sure on the draw-extraction factor, but I can for sure say it makes the itching stop. For the itch factor alone, I would buy this again. If I ever need to extract a splinter or something, I'll be sure to update this review and let you all know how it works.A lot of people mentioned smell in the reviews that I read. It does smell "menthol-y" or "medicated" almost like a very faint smell of A&D Diamper ointment or maybe like Selsun Blue or something like that, but it's not extremely offensive to the senses and it seems to be strongest when you've first opened the tin. As far as I am concerned, the smell is not a factor at all.So from what I can tell so far, it speeds up healing time and instantly stops itching. I will buy it again for sure.

Skeptical but Amazed!
I was honestly unsure about this product. I had a stubborn boil on my neck for over 6 months! It never really bothered me until after a recent massage. Then, it became quite inflamed and increased in size. Desperate for relief, I received and tried this ointment on Friday. By Saturday mid morning, the boil had started to drain! Throughout the day, I reapplied the ointment, and within 10 minutes of each application, more fluid would come out. I'm so impressed. I'm trying it out on a winers pore I've had for 10+ years. Stay tune!

Nice, but didn’t do what I needed…
I got this because I had what I thought was either a very ingrown hair or deep pimple. It was there for weeks and would not go away. I tried acne cream, hot compresses, lancing, etcetera. This product smelled nice, did not make my very sensitive skin break out, and did help bring down the inflammation. It unfortunately did not resolve the issue. What did end up working really well was applying a 2% BHA liquid exfoliant and whatever it was went away almost immediately.

This really works!
After searching for something to help me with a boil that formed I was certainly impressed by this salve. I didn’t know what to expect at first. I was very impressed with how quickly it helped the skin to break on the boil I had. It took about 2 days of consistency with it throughout the day.

Amazing
I wasn’t sure if this was going to work since a lot of the reviews were 50/50 but I was at a loss and needed something to get the splinters out of my toddlers hand. I put this stuff on the two she had on the palm of her hand after she went to sleep and covered them with a bandaid. Took the bandaids off the next morning and the splinters had came completely out!

Not a miracle salve but a good moisturizer
First of all, when people say it’s small, it’s REALLY small. So very expensive. Second, there is not evidence that drawing salve can do any kind of drawing things out of your skin, otherwise medical facilities would be all over this. The photos are suspicious. Correlation does not equal causation, if you use this product for two weeks and your splinter comes out or your boil comes to a head, that’s because your body still would have done even if you didn’t put this expensive product on it. It is a fantastic moisturizer and works well for that, but it’s mostly just bees wax that you’re paying 10x the amount for. It could potentially help “draw” things out of your skin simply because it’s making the skin soft around the object but it’s 100% not some kind of miracle salve that works like a magnet to draw things out of your skin. Be wary of anything that claims to be homeopathic, usually that means it’s BS snake oil. I gave this product 4 stars just because it works well to moisturize and stays on for a long time.
