This was a complete game changer for me. I was paying for a gym membership but could only go 1-2 times per week because all the other days were spent having extremely sore muscles and I didn’t want to put strain on my body. I got this thinking why the heck not, and it was a miracle. I primarily use the long black roller and keep it in my gym bag so I can roll my muscles before leaving the gym, and I take the small roller (the handheld one with the rolling ball on top, not the spiky ball) with me on the go just to manage muscle tightness. It’s like I have a new body. I wasn’t expecting much from this product, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. If you suffer from sore muscles after the gym, or even tight muscles, you MUST buy this!

There is nothing as exquisite as foam-rolling the front side of my upper thighs after a tough run. Well, except maybe the spiky ball on the arch of my foot. Or stick-rolling my beefy calves. I got a professional massage the other weekend, and they didn't get to the pressure points in my legs and feet the way these lil tools did.Love this set. Something for every muscle that can get sore.

I paid $27.99 for this kit and I am very happy with my purchase for that price. I use all of the items but definitely have my go-tos. The foam roller is about as wide as a typical person. It is not one of the really long ones like at some gyms or physical therapy locations. Also use caution with the red roller ball that's attached to the black handle. It pinched me more than once if there looser skin.

I purchased this for my husband since he wanted a foam roller for his back ... he uses it sometimes but I seem to use it every day! It actually cracks my back in so many places as I roll back and forth. It is very hard and sturdy so it was a little to get used to but I am able go relieve pain or discomfort by myself! Great buy. The other items are great as well!!

I got this set mainly for the double handled massager with rollers. My boyfriend suffers from an IT band issue and I was hoping this and the foam roller would help him with that. It definitely did, so I'm happy with my purchase. The smaller elements (balls and double-ended rolly thing) I'm still figuring out how best to use...but they do include a laminated instruction booklet that gives you ideas of how to use the different pieces in the set. Overall, I'd say the quality of the individual pieces is better than I expected for the price. The large foam roller is Styrofoam of some kind which I was worried about initially, but it has zero give and seems to be holding up really really well. Recommend.

So far I am very happy with these items. I find myself using everything to address different problem areas and the price point was right for me.I do have a fear the speckled blue is going to fall out but it hasn’t happened thus far.

I had forgotten about foam rollers until I've been recently suffering from charley horses. A friend lent me a foam roller, which worked well. Then I ordered this set online, and it's amazing for "rolling" them out before I get another charley horse. Thank you, I will be ordering another set for a family member.
