The media could not be loaded. This is one of my favorite purchases off Amazon. Definitely a lot more sturdy/heavy than your typical fountains. This isn’t the cheap plastic type. It’s porcelain. Matches my decor outside. The lights accent the fountain Beautifully as well as the wall behind it. Adds the perfect amount of sound and zen-ness to my patio area. No splashing so far. Might add rocks to the the bottom for better sound. But overall would highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a fountain that is beige/white decor, and not made from the plastic-type fountains.

This fountain looks beautiful. It appears to be porcelain, much better than the resins. So be careful handling it. The directions are not the best. But it's basically just plugging in all 3 cords. Dropping the pump in the bottom and try to get it stuck to the bottom. I set my pump to max flow. I decided to use distilled water to avoid buildup. Hoping to add to the beauty and sound, I added a bunch of clear quartz crystals to each bowl because the crystal won't hinder the lights. The miner drawback, thats if you even want to call it one, is not having the lights on a seprate connection so you can use the fountain without the lights during the day. I'm very pleased with this purchase. It's just beautiful to watch in the evening while on the porch. I plugged the cord into a clicker on/off switch so not to have it on a timer nor having to unplug it every night. I don't plan to run it 24/7 to save on its longevity. Hope you enjoy yours!

Now this is a fountain. Love that it's ceramic. Cleaning will be easy. A little awkward removing the top from the bottom but not a deal breaker. The pump is silent. YES! The water flow is tranquil rather than a blasting waterfall. YES! Easy set up. Easy fix for the bright light, since it's in the bedroom....seashells....one over each light. Love this fountain! One of Amazon's best if not the best. I know. I've bought four. Lovely details too.

Thought the fountain was beautiful but the pump is faulty and it seems like that is the general consensus from reviews now I can’t return it . Now I got to shell out of my pocket for another pump!

I immediately fell in love with this water fountain when I first saw it on Amazon. Then I read all the reviews and my mind was made up then. I had to have one. Shipping was fast. Assembly was super easy. Although I missed connecting one of the lights on the first plug up, It was easily resolved by how easy the top is to remove and reconnect the lights. Unplug first of course. I would highly recommend this water fountain. Not cheaply made. Will be easy to clean when the time comes. I am now enjoying it very much.

Edit: SELLER SENT A NEW LIGHT! Old one had water in it. Must be a common issue. While I appreciate them sending a new light, when you spend this much money on something you expect quality items. Having to fix this item shortly after using it does upset me.Cracked & light is burnt out already (which of course I cannot replace). They said I can return but will cost ME $50 to return THEIR faulty junk! I would avoid this item at all costs. Expensive junk & the seller is not helpful at all. Should not even be allowed to sell this on Amazon! RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
