I always buy Island Fresh Organic Coconut Oil because it taste like coconut and is alway fresh. I use it to bake with in place of any oil that the recipe calls for and it turns out great. It melts in warm temperatures and gets more solid in cooler temps. I keep it in my pantry on the shelf. Yes I do recommend this coconut oil.

This coconut oil works well whipped for my lavender oil lotion (with added avocado oil) so it helps when one cannot sleep. ( coconut oil, avocado oil to thin it a bit, drops of favorite essential oils). Coconut oil is safe for babies as well. Great for skin care. Good size and value.
