At this price this Tiffany-style light fixture met or exceeded all my expectations. We used it to replace a rather cheesy looking fixture over the kitchen sink, and along with new window blinds, really classed up the room. What a difference!We added a 100 watt equivalent LED warm-white bulb and the appropriate dimmer switch. The new lamp can be ramped up for kitchen work or dimmed down for very pleasant ambiance lighting. Since it's an LED, it can be left on all night as a friendly navigation light.Installation was straightforward enough, but a little know how savvy for these kinds of things sure comes in handy!To shorten the chain, wrap two long screwdrivers with tape and place them inside the chain link. The tape prevents dinging up the chain link's finish. Twist the screwdrivers in opposite directions to spread the link just enough to slip the other link through. Voila! Now reverse the process to close the link. Of course other tools, such as a vice, would work for this too.Take care when feeding the power cord through, so as not to damage the insulation. Clip excess wire so that it's maybe 6 to 8 inches long, and make the appropriate connections.The non insulated ground wire always attaches to the green screw on the hanger bracket. If the ceiling box is plastic there will be another ground wire, which can be sandwiched above/beneath with the lamp's ground wire and also secured beneath the green screw. Note: Always wrap wire in the same direction the screw tightens. Tighten the green screw securely.The threaded rod is preset for depth and feeds through the decorative cover. The threaded ring screws onto the threaded rod and securely suspends the light fixture. Easy peasy!Just take your time and you'll figure it out.Yes, I would recommend this product.RayB

Bought these for a remodel job at home. Installation instructions were straightforward and I was able to take my time and install them by myself.Quality is good and the shades are pretty...wife loves them. Lots of chain links available, so plenty of adjustability on height/length. Maximum bulb wattage is 60W, which seems plenty bright IMO. I would definitely purchase these again.

The product itself looks quite nice. However, it was a bit of a pain to actually install the lights, but I think that's to be expected when installing almost any light fixture. Also, be aware that a ground wire will be wrapped around the chain above the fixture. It's also fairly easy to adjust the height of the lights

These are absolutely beautiful. They really enhance my kitchen island and make it come alive with color. Pretty not lit and prettier when. Very well made and an easy install. Amazon also sells a semi-flush for a hall light that matches !

I love this light. It’s hanging above my kitchen sink and I front of a window. It’s perfect for the night light I wanted and looks nice in front of the window.
