Q: will one bag fill up a piñata ?

The bag I bought is about 2 big hands full of confetti. Not sure how many ounces you are looking at but I think it would take a lot of bags to fill a piñata. That being said - I think 2 or 3 bags will look like quite a bit of confetti and definitely be a challenge to clean up!!

Q: Is this plastic circles? Not tissue paper?

Basically yes, a form of plasticy material. Definitely not paper or tissue.

Q: Will this work in confetti canons?

Yes, but I regret buying this product as it is plastic. There are other paper choices out there that re just as good and are not as harmful to the environment.

Q: How big or small are they? I'm looking for small red shiny confetti to spread on 10 tables around a 15" placemat.

Small as the tip of your pinky finger.
