They are beautiful, well-made, and easy to handle for people with disabilities. I installed mine this afternoon with minimal effort. It comes with teflon tape and clear instructions. No part of the system leaks. You have the option to remove the water-restricting ring, and that was effortless with just a paperclip. Instructions say you need pliers and a wrench to install but I put everything together just with my hands and it works perfectly and feels secure. I would definitely buy a product from Aqua Elegante again and recommend them to friends without hesitation.
