Taste is fine, has a chemically after taste, may face some bloating or digestive issue initially. I had bought the chocolate flavour, carb amount is high, you can take two bananas along with the shake as a meal replacement. Scoop size is average. I had previously used naturaltein protein powder. It can not compete with it in terms of quality, but it's price is also double. Overall good for the price.

Nakpro is the one of my favorite protein brand . It's trustified , effective for beginners and students like me (budget friendly) . Although it has almost 53% protein but it's works perfectly fine I love the double rich chocolate flavor but recently I'm using cookies and cream, it's also good. Flavour and texture is good. With milk, it tastes like wow.
