But this is not a good set of Scrabble. It's very small. The tiles are a lot smaller and more fiddly than a real Scrabble game. This is a cheap, counterfeit China-made Scrabble. You will really struggle to get your hand in the tile bag. In short, don't buy it. If you can afford it, get the real thing. Simon. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A different and better design than its predecessors, but less compact for travelling *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 29 May 2024* Bought to replace a very old and much used version of 'Travel Scrabble'.This version is different with larger tiles, and its easier to place the tiles between the pegs than it was to place tiles into holes (especially when some of the tiles began to lose the little legs which were prone to break off as the tiles aged). So, after it's first use with four players I am very impressed with the design and sturdiness of this version, and look forward to many years of use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to transport & play Scrabble now 👍 *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 March 2026* Much easier to turn board around when playing Scrabble.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tile lock - not so hot! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 25 August 2018* Surprised it had to travel so far to get here but now it's here it is already getting lots of use.The system is ok but because the nodes are made of hard rounded plastic the tiles can struggle to fit in and can be dislodged easily so not brilliant. Add to this a lack of data on tile numbers and a small neck to the tile bag and you can perhaps sense a little disappointment. ## Frequently Bought Together - Tile Lock Scrabble by Winning Moves Games USA, Innovative Gameboard "Locks" Tiles In Place, for 2 to 4 Players, Ages 8 and Up - Mattel Games UNO Family Card Game, with 112 Cards in a Sturdy Storage Tin, Travel-Friendly, Makes a Great Toy for 7 Year Olds and Up - Jenga Game | The Original Wood Block Game with Genuine Hardwood Blocks | Stacking Tower Game | Ages 6+ | 1 or More Players | Party Games for Kids | Family Games --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://frenchpolynesia.desertcart.com/products/54869619-tile-lock-scrabble](https://frenchpolynesia.desertcart.com/products/54869619-tile-lock-scrabble) --- *Product available on Desertcart French Polynesia* *Store origin: PF* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
