Review: Has more mg per dose than my last B complex brand. Great Value. - The dose amount is 2 capsules and there are 240 capsules. I bought this brand instead of the usual brand I get because of the value and the amount of mg per dose. It has more mg in most if not all of the vitamins listed compared to my other brand. The other brand is identical as far as it being methylated and also has Vitamin C (esterified). Unfortunately it is not working for me. About 30 minutes after taking a dose, 2 capsules, I felt like I suddenly sunburned, itchy, and nauseous, and a headache. I did not realize it was the vitamin b3 or niacin until the next day. I decided to take my old brand dose and there was no issues. Then the following day I took this brand. The same thing happened. The next day I decided to take 1 capsule after researching and realizing what too much vitamin b3 or niacin can do to a person which is a burning sensation on the skin like a sunburn, itching, headache, nausea, dizziness. I guess I will have to go back to the old brand. The good side is that I know there is vitamin b3 in this brand. lol The other thing is apparently I'm getting enough vitmain b3. Also I see comments about an odor or bad taste. I don't get that. Good product and I wish I could continue with it. I do want to add I had been taking the old brand for about 6 months without any issues like with this brand.
