**Q: Is this magnesium oxide or citrate? The ingredients list both. I want citrate, oxide isn’t absorbed as well.**
A: It says both but doesn’t say the percentage of either. Could be 1% citrate which is supposed to be the more absorbable form and 99% oxide which is supposed to be the least absorbable form. 🤷‍♂️

**Q: Do these contain Titanium Dioxide???**
