Simple, essential tool
Nice sticky velcro and flexes nice to fit uneven surfaces. I use mine for wet sanding. Pretty much essential for final wet sanding before polishing.

Its a miracle
There were several reviews dissing this product I can tell you right now they are wrong wrong wrong! I own a 6' Porter Cable 7346 sander. Been a professional woodworker for 35 years. I so called retired 2 years ago but once a woodworker always a wood worker. I had two bed orders I need to finish this week. I usually use air sanders but being retired I sold most of my industrial stuff. I kept the Porter Cable sander and bought a regular hook and loop pad here on amazon. While I was sanding the first bed I though I better get a second pad just incase the first once punk out on me (I didn't want to be caught with my pants down.) I saw this product when I was ordering the back up pad. I said interesting and read some reviews and said what the heck its only $14. I got it the following day and it was a Miracle. It was a beautiful thing the sander stop bouncing in my hand and it was gliding over the wood surface like velvet. I was buzzing through both beds in no time. Halfway through my work I decided to order two more in case this one punk out on me. Its some kind sponge composite only 3M can dream up. Anything spinning thousands of RPM is going to tare eventually but since I didn't know what they give point is I thought I get some spares.Because of the reviews I was hesitant. The beds I was finishing were a total some of $8K. I could have going though 3 to 4 of these things and it would have still been my sanding saver. One last me through both jobs and probably good for another 2 to 4 before replacing it. The only conclusion for the bad reviews is operator error. Sanders are not to be used as grinders and to much pressure will tare anything up. The weight of the sander and light to mild hand pressure. Let he sander and the sand paper do the work. To much pressure will only tare of the product and the sand paper and the sander.I usually do not do reviews because of the bad reviews on this product are so misleading I thought I set the record straight. I have built and sanded thousand of product in my carer and in my opinion this product is a beautiful thing.Thank you 3m

Well Made but Still A Foam Inner
I've used this on restoring 3 sets of headlights. While it could still be used for more work, the foam is beginning to loose some of its loft. It hasn't come apart or anything, which is surprising considering how much I've used it on a 3" DA sander. If I could find one, I'd like one that is slightly more firm.

3M Interface Pad 3”
It worked great for sanding small areas, with out worrying about digging in with the edge of the sandpaper.

3M quality… almost
The foam is still intact but one side is starting to ‘pinch’ together from taking it on and off the sanding disc

Productos y entrega bastante buena
La manera de como se realiza todo el proceso desde el momento que compro hasta la entrega. Un medio bastante factible de obtener infinidad de cosas.
